遇到的问题如下：

1.获取的repo是一个空项目

2.reference is not a tree

以上原因出现基本上gitlab_git_http_server配置不当造成的。

具体解决方法如下

1.修改/etc/gitlab/gitlab.rb

gitlab_workhorse['listen_addr'] = "localhost:8181"
ps. gitlab在8.2以后将gitlab_git_http_server替换为gitlab_workhorse

2.配置nginx下的gitlab.conf

3.reload gitlab

修改完成后，就可以进行正常的build了。
